A memorial service is being held in honor of Judge Robert D. Potter, at which time several speakers will share their thoughts and memories of Judge Potter, and a resolution will be presented to the Court in honor of his service as Judge for the Western District of North Carolina.

Everyone is invited to a reception with light refreshments immediately following the memorial service in the main lobby of the federal courthouse.
