Together we will:

Discuss the common career pitfalls of chronic stress, substance abuse, and depression and how they can result in burnout and/or damage an attorney's health and career.
Learn ways to manage pressure and stress effectively and side-step procrastination tendencies often found in a law office
Experientially explore techniques for reducing stress in the context of a hectic legal practice
